On our Cuba sailing, passengers consisted of mostly American (and a few Canadian) adults traveling as couples or in groups. Travelers of all ages were on board, but there were very few children. Cruisers on NCL tend to be a bit more laid back but still amicable. Unlike other short cruises we have taken, we did not find the ship to have as much of a “party” atmosphere as we expected. Given the port-intensive four-day cruise, our participation in the daytime activities was a bit limited.

Instead, its entertainment is mostly relegated to music and live music shows. A small selection of ocean-view staterooms feature a round porthole instead of the rectangular window, but the porthole is still behind the bed.
