The installer John was very detail oriented and made our installation perfect. He is a great asset to their company and I am glad that he took the time to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it to be. I have been in my house since June 2021 and it's impossible to get anyone to fix imperfections and issues after move in.
Original promise of project to be done was not fulfilled. Didn't measure shower properly so shower door measurements was incorrect causing inconvenience to us property owner. Subcontractor was excellent on trying to meet homeowners expectations. Both the sales rep and installer were thorough, respectful, and helpful.

Victor did an excellent job and was professional all the way. Done when and time they said it would be, they cleaned up after themselves, very friendly and professional. Bryan & Ben, the install team were also very respectful of our home and ourselves. Even though it took 4-5 days we are grateful and well pleased with their workmanship.

I have cracked cabinets, uneven paint throughout the house, missing door swept, and many other things. The crappy wood fence with over 20 cracked boards. Don't waste your time calling or talking to the on site supervisor.

He allowed me to watch part of the time and concluded his install with the new appliances neatly installed in the scheduled time we had arranged. Paint, sheet rock, tile grout issues that were identified prior to close have never been addressed. The fence in back yard is leaning, Window that will not stay open. Had a professional home inspector come in and identified issues that were submitted to Newleaf prior to end of first year, and have not received a response. Multiple neighbors have had similar issues.
The installers did complete most of the job, I will give them that. I was told they were to remove the older system and put it in the garage. Showed up an hour late and in and in a mini van with nothing identifying them. Our moderators read all reviews to verify quality and helpfulness.

I think it will be the last system I'll have to install in my house. Leaf Home Safety Solutions does not have pricing on its website, which is understandable. Since the products are customized to your home and needs, your cost likely depends on factors like your chosen product, added upgrades and the ease of installation. The company offers a free cost estimate so you can set expectations before committing, though. We have found our new home with 3 Leafs Dispensary.
